TICKET FAQs

When will I receive my tickets?

Once you purchase your tickets you will receive a confirmation email from Humanitix Ticketing. You will be able to log into your Humanitix account to view your tickets.

To prevent scalping and resales on unauthorised platforms your PDF E-Ticket will be sent to your email one (1) week prior to the festival dates.

If you don't see the confirmation email  make sure you search your spam / junk folder for Humanitix and mark them as important so you receive future updates from Humanitix directly into your inbox. Tickets will be emailed from a Humanitix Ticketing email address.

What is included with my ticket? When can I arrive?

Your festival entry package includes:

A Music Access Pass
A Workshops & General Camping Access Pass

Your Entry Package provides access to the festival from 9am on the corresponding day of ticket you purchased. It includes general camping on site as well as access to all entertainment and workshops for the duration of your stay at the event. The festival program will finish on Monday afternoon and all vehicles & patrons must vacate the site by 10am Tuesday.

Vehicle passes & Camping Upgrades sold separately.

What if I don't receive my ticket confirmation email?

Make sure you check your spam/junk email folder and search for emails from Humanitix. If you still can't find it you may need to update your email address. You can log into your Humanitix Ticketing account and view your tickets.

How do I get a new copy of my tickets

Log into your Humanitix Ticketing account once you have purchased your tickets. You will be able to view all the tickets and products you have purchased.

What if I show up with a ticket in someone else’s name?

You will be denied entry or need to purchase a ticket on the gate. No exceptions. The name on the ticket MUST match the ID of the person using it at the festival.

Can I buy a ticket for a friend?

Yes, but ensure you use your friends correct name on the ticket.  The name on the ticket MUST match the ID of the person using it at the festival.

If my friend & I are arriving together, can I attach my name to both tickets?

No. Each ticket needs a unique name and email address associated with it. Your friend would need to have their own ticket in their name. Having multiple tickets in your name or account will cause significant delays at the main gate.

Does it matter if there is a different name printed on my ticket ?


When arriving at the event, your photo ID will be checked against the name on your ticket, if the names do not match you will not be able to use the ticket to gain entry and you will need to purchase a ticket on the gate at full price. REL has a strict names on tickets policy – The name on the ticket MUST match your photo ID!

If the names do not match you will not be able to use the ticket.

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

If the festival is rescheduled or postponed your ticket will be automatically transferred to and honored for the rescheduled festival dates.

I’ve lost or don’t have my photo ID will I still be able to use my ticket for entry?

Legal photo ID is a mandatory item you need to get your wristband. Gate staff and security reserve the right to not permit entry if Legal ID is not supplied. A photocopy of ID is not sufficient.

I’m local to the area. Do you offer a Locals Discount?

We are pleased to offer a 10% Locals Discount for people that live in the 4385, 4387 & 4390 Post Code.

To apply for a local discount email us at info@rabbitseatlettuce.com.au with the subject LOCAL DISCOUNT and send us a photo copy of your drivers license that shows the 4385 postcode on your license.

We will email you a special local discount code so you can purchase a ticket with the locals discount.

If I can’t make it to the festival, can I return my ticket for a refund?

Refund Protection is an optional extra you can purchase at checkout when you purchase your ticket. Refund Protection (if purchased) can provide up to 100% of your ticket costs back if you can't attend the festival for a number of extenuating circumstances. This Refund Protection insurance is offered by a third party insurance provider called XCover and is subject to their Terms & Conditions.

All  Standard tickets & products are FINAL & NON-refundable.

You may sell your ticket to someone else through the Tixel, however this will only be availble one (1) week prior to the event when we release e-tickets.  

The Name on the Ticket MUST match the name on the photo ID of the person attending the event.

When does Ticket Gates / Box Office Open & Close each day? Can I leave a ticket at the gate for a friend?

Thursday: 10am - 10pm
Friday:      10am - 10pm
Saturday:  10am - 4pm
Sunday:    10am - 4pm

No, you can't leave a ticket at the gate, because this creates an unreasonable administration issue for the gate staff and delays processing of other patrons.

What if I forgot to bring my ticket?

If you forgot to print off your E-Ticket you will still gain entry. We are able to find your ticket using your Photo ID however this process will take some time so expect a long delay gaining entry for you and your friends.

To be courteous to everyone else please print out or save your ticket with the QR Code to your phone so we can scan it.

If you bought a hard copy ticket and forgot it you will need to purchase a new ticket as we will not be able to verify this.

Will there be tickets at the gate?

NO > Due to limited venue capacity this event will sell out.

Does my ticket include a car pass?

No. All vehicles entering the venue will need a vehicle pass which can be purchased from the front gate on arrival.

STANDARD VEHICLE PASS

Standard sized vehicles (Cars, SUV, Van, Sedan, Hatch).

LARGE VEHICLE PASS 


Large vehicles such as comercial vans, Car + Caravan/trailer in tow etc will be required to purchase an Large Vehicle Pass.


OVERSIZED VEHICLE PASS 

Large vehicles such as busses, (Car + Caravan/trailer in tow) or Motorhome will be required to purchase an Oversized Vehicle Pass.

The revenue raised by this fee will help us improve the venue roads and employ traffic/campground management during the event. Motorbikes are exempt of the Vehicle fee.

Do you offer payment plans / lay-buys?

YES, Humanitix has an in house payment plan, which allows you to pay off your ticket in installments to spread the cost out over time.

Simply select Humanitix Payment Plan as the payment method at the checkout to pay for your ticket over time.  

As we get closer to the event Buy Now - Pay Later options such as ZIP Pay & After Pay will be available. However these third party credit providers will require you to make an account before checking out.

Can I on-sell or change the name on my ticket?

NOTE: All Ticket Purchases are FINAL and NON-Refundable

NOTE: Ticket resale will only be available via Tixel one (1) week prior to the event when we release the E-Tickets. Before this time you will NOT be able to sell or change the name on your ticket.

One (1) week before the event you can on sell or change the name on your ticket using the TIXEL Exchange.
